Welcome to Racklock, the home of the most versatile pallet racking systems on the market. This adjustable pallet racking system is designed to suit almost every application from pallet storage to fully automated applications.

Our Racklock system, manufactured by Palian, is the result of ongoing research and development that has resulted in this extremely versatile patented racking system. Racklock, as seen from the images displayed on this site, shows the seamless beams are now complemented with an integrated connector, and this unique feature ensures a continued length of beam section that does not require any welding of connectors to the section, which in turn, increases both the strength and overall aesthetics of the system. This improves both manufacturing efficiencies and reduces cost.

Racklock has a number of amazing features such as:

- 9-11 folded uprights in five capacities

- Special load spreading footplates

- Integrated connectors with no weld and more strength

- The seamless section offers less deflection under maximum loads and achieved as much as 30% less deflection compared to boxed beams.
